Digital Technologies
CNPS strongly believes in the importance of Digital Technology as a teaching and learning tool, enabling our students to participate successfully in the global community. We aim to embed technology seamlessly to allow for opportunities for students to be creative and work collaboratively, being developers of new content knowledge. In addition to developing the vital ‘6C’s’, we aim to develop the necessary skills for students to navigate safely online and create healthy online habits.
At CNPS, students use a range of devices to develop their understanding of coding and algorithms. Through our bank of robotics resources, we provide our students with opportunities to develop critical and computational thinking and introduce simple programming in an engaging and enjoyable way.

STEM skills and knowledge are important for all stages of our learning, jobs and everyday lives. With the completion of our new STEM hub, CNPS is excited to be providing students in 2021 with a space to explore Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics in an integrated way.
Years 5/6 1 to 1 Device Program
uCNPS is committed to embedding technology within learning via a 1 to 1 Device Program in Years 5/6.
The 1 to 1 Device Program provides students with opportunities to be independent in the learning process, giving them access to thousands of resources that are not available in conventional classroom environments. The use of 1-1 technology allows our students to continue learning and collaboration 24-7. It also enables for easy transition to our sister schools where 1-1 devices are compulsory.
