Raffle winner

Thanks to all the people who bought tickets in the raffle sold at the school concerts. The raffle raised almost $900 which will go towards the school’s new playground. The winner of the raffle was ticket  Red E 2. Please contact the office to collect the prize. And everyone else: hold on to your tickets, in case the winner doesn’t come forward. A big thanks to Elizabeth Hancock for donating $200 worth of books.

Fathers Day windfall

Just when you thought Amanda Gordon-Lee and Kirrily Noonan couldn’t possibly do any more to make the Fathers Day a success, they outdid themselves once again. The stall raised a staggering $3200 for the school this year. So thanks to all the parents who baked and crafted and helped on the day. Only 349 days until the next one.

Coffee klatsch

The Vagabond Coffee van coffee morning will take place next Friday, September 14, in the staff car park. It is usually the third Friday of the month, but was brought forward this month due to the clash with the final day of term and the Special Footy Day lunch. Speaking of which …

Footy Day lunch

One day in September … like clockwork, the P&F will hold its annual Footy Day lunch offering pies, vegetable pies and halal pies. Order forms should have gone home with the children, with payment possible on Qkr!

Help with prizes

For the Trivia Night on Saturday, October 20, Parents & Friends is seeking offers of prizes, big or small. Please email Parents & Friends at cnps_pf@hotmail.com if you are able to offer anything or have a wonderful idea. We may pop a box in the office for donations of smaller prizes closer to the date.
