Farmers Market stall

Yes, you read it right. The school has been invited to hold a stall on July 21 at the Coburg Farmers Market which – as you probably know – is now hosted by Coburg Primary School. This is a great fundraising opportunity for the school, but it requires two things: Cakes, biscuits or baking for the stall and a few volunteers. Please let us know if you are able to do some baking (to be dropped at the canteen the day before) or if you can help out on the day for shifts from 8am-10am, 10am-12pm and 12pm-1.30pm. If you can help, please contact Parents & Friends at

Strictly Hall-room

If decibels are any measure of an event’s success, then the Grade 3-6 disco is arguably the best event held at the school. The evening had a huge turnout and raised a very handy $1200 for the school. A massive thanks to all volunteers who helped out on the night and with preparations. Particular thanks should go to Erika Vella who came up with the idea, as well as her son and former student, Shay, who was DJ for the evening. Thanks also to Annabelle Crotty, Ruzi Duric, Helen Nicoll, Kate Copping, Alison Ferrier and Kalissa Alexeyeff for all their hard work before and during the event.

Class reps take a bow

The Parents & Friends group would like to thank all of the 2018 class parent reps who have provided invaluable assistance in spreading the word about events and volunteers for P&F fundraising events. Class reps have made communication between the group and the school community, and for that we’d like to say … THANK YOU!
